With our Durable Mailers, you get "Maximum Mailing Protection"! Durable Mailers are strong enough to make the trip, yet easy to pack, seal, and open.

Durable Mailers are available in two groups: Paper & Board products and Poly & Olefin products. The Paper & Board group offers MailJackets®, FlakJackets® and TX3®. The Poly and Olefin group offers PolyJackets®, AirJackets® and Tyvek® Envelopes by DuPont®.

Most Durable Mailers feature a self-sealing adhesive that is tamper-evident and provides a secure seal every time. There is a Durable Mailer product to meet your mailing or packaging needs.

Paper & Board

MailJackets® are white paperboard mailers with a self-seal adhesive closure and an easy-open tear strip. The rigid paperboard offers superior protection for valuable documents, photographs, CDs and DVDs.

FlakJackets® are a family of white, heavy-duty expandable e-flute shipping mailers. They provide a high level of sturdy protection for your goods and documents. Perfect for sending books, framed pieces, binders, and other rigid items.

TX3® is a laminated product with two bright white sheets of smooth paper on the outside and a strong, durable layer of poly on the inside. The three layers combine to provide an envelope with the toughness of plastic and the printing characteristics of paper.

Poly & Olefin

PolyJackets® are made from durable, moisture resistant, co-extruded (3-layer) polyethylene film, with strong side heat seals for superior bursting strength and a high opacity preventing show-through of internal documents. PolyJackets make a great impression when custom printed.

AirJackets® are padded mailers constructed using a strong outer layer of polyethylene film laminated to highly cushioned bubble material. The white opaque exterior is tear and moisture resistant, and the padding provides extra protection. AirJackets are also great custom printed.

Tyvek® envelopes are much stronger than paper because they are made from spunbonded olefin by DuPont®. With moisture, puncture, and tear resistant characteristics, Tyvek envelopes provide exceptional protection for your mailings, and their light weight helps reduce postage costs.
