Apply pressure to the flap for a longer period

"Knockouts" or areas void
of ink or varnish must be used when printing to allow paper-to-paper
bond for gum adhesion. Notify your paper distributor when quoting
or ordering a layout if there is a solid or full ink coverage.
A layout indicating "knockout" areas will be furnished. |

| Delivery of envelopes is late
or delayed. |
The envelope layout instructions were not followed. |
Do not change envelope layout position when
printing. If the position must be changed, the sheets should
be trimmed to the original specs before delivery to National
Envelope. |
| Ink does not dry in time to convert for promised
delivery. |
On large ink areas, varnish can be added to
help dry ink. |
| The paper does not arrive when originally
planned. |
Deliveries are normally quoted after
receipt of the paper. To insure on-time delivery, communicate
with us as best as possible. |
